For custom orders
To request a refund, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item(s) by emailing email@example.com. If approved, you will need to ship the item(s) back to us within 5 days of receiving validation from Ophair. Please note that items returned without approval will not be eligible for a refund.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges of any products that are not in their original condition. Please note that wigs are usually a final sale and cannot be exchanged for another size or style. Additionally, if you order the wrong size, we cannot offer a refund. However, we are always happy to assist you before purchasing to ensure you order the correct size.

For ready to ship wigs
Custom orders and pre-ordered items are generally not eligible for a return, but ready-to-ship wigs and products are eligible.
We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations, which is why we offer a refund if the product or item is faulty or if you are not satisfied with it for any reason (such as length, color, size, etc.). To initiate a refund, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item(s) by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If approved, you must ship the package back within 5 days of receiving validation from Ophair.
Please note that all shipping and handling costs will be at the customer's expense, and we suggest sending the package through a courier that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation, as we are not responsible for lost packages. We will only process the refund once we have received the merchandise.
All refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and we will issue an Ophair e-gift card with no expiration date for the refund amount. Please keep in mind that wigs are usually a final sale and cannot be exchanged for another size or style. If you have any doubts about the size, please reach out to us before purchasing to ensure you order the correct size.
To be eligible for a refund, the wig must be in its original condition, without any cuts, holes, or makeup on the lace. We cannot offer a refund if the wig has been worn, restyled, washed, or damaged in any way. If you alter the wig lightly, such as by tinting or applying makeup to the lace, or restyling it, we reserve the right to accept the return with a 30% restocking fee. Please ship the wig back within 5 business days of receiving approval, and send us the tracking number when you do.
Please include the full packaging, including the box, any gifts, and instructions, and the wig in its original packaging. If any of the conditions above are not met, we reserve the right to refuse a return. Any accepted return is subject to a restocking fee of 15%-30%. Please note that items not returned in the box will be charged at the regular price.
At Ophair, we understand that sometimes unexpected delays or circumstances may arise that may cause you to cancel your order. We offer a 24-hour grace period for order cancellations with no fees. If you wish to cancel your order after the grace period, a cancellation fee of 20% to 50% will be deducted from the refunded amount depending on how far along we are in the unit production process.
To request a cancellation within the 24-hour grace period, please contact us via email at email@example.com. If your cancellation is approved, you will receive a refund within 5-7 business days. Please note that after the grace period, cancellations are subject to the aforementioned fees.
What if we're late ?
Our stylists are human and life events can happen anytime! If we're running late on your order and you want to cancel it, simply reach out to us for a full refund on your payment method!

Price and discounts match
At our wig shop, we do not offer price matching with other retailers or websites. We strive to offer competitive prices for our high-quality wigs and accessories, but we cannot guarantee that our prices will match those of other retailers.
Additionally, we do not offer discount matching. We believe in offering fair prices for our products and do not engage in price gouging or artificially inflating prices to offer discounts. We do occasionally offer sales and promotions on select items, and we encourage you to check our website or visit our store to see our current offerings.
