Wigs in this section are PREORDERS and processing time can take up to 10 weeks (30-45 business days). They are fully customizable and will ship when ready styled as your request.

Take time to read descriptions. All wigs are 100% customized with a natural hairline, and adjustable band and the styling requested. They can be custom coloured as well.

Processing Time: 30-45 business days + chosen shipping method time (Monday-Friday), no shipping on the weekend dolls. Please read each description for more accurate time frame
Custom orders and preorders cannot be returned/exchanged but modifications are always possible, some add-ons Will be charged.

DISCLAIMER: Each unit here is for display of the look only. Wigs will be reordered/constructed, colored and styled so the end result can never be 100% what’s pictured. Coloring and styling can never be duplicated to the exact detail but we’re using the same formulas. What is the Virtual Auction?

The Virtual Auction is an exciting online event where you can bid on premium wigs at exclusive prices. The highest bidder wins the item when the auction ends!

What happens if I win the auction?

You’ll receive an email confirmation with payment instructions. Once payment is completed, your wig will be shipped to you.

What if I can’t complete the payment in time?

If you’re unable to complete your payment within the given timeframe, your winning bid will be forfeited, and the item will go to the next highest bidder. Unfortunately, this means you’ll lose your chance to claim the wig.

Make sure to have your payment details ready when you bid to avoid missing out! If you have any issues during the process, reach out to us ASAP for assistance.

How do I place a bid?

Select the wig you’re interested in, enter your bid amount, and confirm. Keep an eye on the auction timer and increase your bid if necessary.

How is shipping handled?

Shipping costs are not included in the final bid amount. They will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Are returns or refunds allowed?

Unfortunately, all sales from the auction are final. No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are permitted.

Can I cancel my bid?

No, all bids are final and binding. Please make sure to read the product description carefully before placing a bid.

How is the hair grade determined?

The hair grade is rated on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being brand new. This scale measures the softness and hydration of the hair, giving you a clear idea of its condition and expected longevity:

• 5: Brand new, flawless texture, and fully hydrated.

• 4: Slightly pre-loved, nearly new with minimal signs of wear.

• 3: Moderately used, still soft but needs more care.

• 2: Heavily pre-loved, dry and shows signs of wear.

• 1: Very worn, requires significant care to revive.

The grade ensures transparency and helps you choose the best option for your needs!
