As a courtesy to our valued customers, we covered all applicable taxes on the first two auction batches.
Please note that, beginning with the third auction batch, applicable taxes will be added to and charged on the final winning bid amount.

What is the Sample Sale?
The Sample Sale is an annual auction sale that gives you access to a selection of unique pieces available in limited quantities. The products may include brand-new pieces, pieces worn only during photoshoots, or pieces with a non-conformity identified during quality control. Each product page clearly indicates the condition of the piece, the hair category when available, as well as detailed photos of the product.

How does it work?
Join the Sample Sale in a few simple steps: choose your auction product, place your bid, and let the system confirm your participation.

Choose an auction product
Open the product page and check the countdown, current price, and product details.

Place your bid
Click “Place a bid”, then enter an amount higher than the current bid.

Sign in or create your account
To confirm your participation, sign in or create an account using your email address.

Unlock auction access
During your first participation, pay the bidding ticket of $1.50.

Confirm your payment
Enter your card details and billing address, then click “Pay now”.

Return to the auction page
After payment, click “Return to auction page now” to go back to the auction product.

Bid confirmed
The message “Bid placed” confirms that your bid has been successfully registered.

If you win the auction
The final amount is automatically charged to the card saved during the payment process.
Important: the bidding ticket is only required during the first participation to secure the auctions and limit fake bidders.

Final sale
Any winning bid is considered a final purchase. Once the sale is confirmed, the order cannot be cancelled.
No returns or exchanges
Sample Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. No return, exchange, or warranty will be accepted after purchase.
Product verification
Each customer must review the photos, the condition of the piece, and the product details before placing a bid.
