Refund policy

At Ophair, every unit is one-of-a-kind. Once ordered, it’s removed from inventory, making it unavailable to others. This is why restocking fees apply to both shipped and picked-up units.


For Ready-to-Ship Wigs


We understand that a product may not always meet expectations. Refunds and exchanges are available for ready-to-ship wigs under the following conditions:

1. Notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing csr@ophair.net.

2. Ship the item(s) back within 7 days of approval.

3. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Restocking Fee:

Refunds to the original payment method: 12% restocking fee.

Refunds as an Ophair gift card: 5% restocking fee.


Non-Refundable Items:

Final sale and Orange Heart units cannot be returned.

Custom Orders

Custom wigs are final sale, as they are made to your specific requirements. Please ensure you communicate your preferences accurately before placing the order.

Cancellations


We offer a 24-hour grace period for order cancellations at no charge. After 24 hours:

The 10% restocking fee will be applied for ready to ship units.

For cancellations, email csr@ophair.net. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Price and Discount Matching


We do not match prices or discounts with other retailers, as we strive to offer fair pricing for premium-quality products. Occasionally, we run promotions—check our website or store for updates.
