Refund policy

At Ophair we take pride our high levels of customer satisfaction. As part of our quality assurance measures, every order is thoroughly inspected before shipping in order to maintain the premium standard requirements of our customers. We make sure to provide the highest hair quality from both our collections.
Please contact us if anything occurs to seek the best solution for you.

All returns/exchanges are only processed through an Ophair gift card.

FOR CUSTOM ORDERS

We only offer a refund if the product or the item is faulty (quality, wrong item shipped..) you can notify it to us within 48 hours of receiving the item(s). The package needs to be shipped back within 5 days after receiving the validation from Ophair.

Wrong item received  - Reach out to us within 2 days per email at csr@ophair.net - If approved, ship it back within 5 days.

A product returned without approbation won’t obtain you a refund.

We will not accept any returns or exchanges of any products if they are not in original condition. Wigs are usually a final sale and cannot be exchanged for another size or style.

If your order the wrong size we cannot offer a refund. We are happy to assist you before purchasing to ensure you order the correct size.


FOR READY TO SHIP WIGS

We offer a refund if the product or the item isn't what expected or if you simply don't like it (length, color, size,..) you can notify it to us within 48 hours of receiving the item(s). The package needs to be shipped back within 5 days after receiving the validation from Ophair.

Item received  - Not happy with your purchase - Reach us within 2 days per email at csr@ophair.net - When approved, ship it back within 5 days.

All shipping and handling costs will be at the customer’s expense therefore we suggest sending through a courier that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation since we are not responsible for lost packages.
We must receive the merchandise before anything can be made.

All exchanges are funded through Ophair e-gift cards with no expiration dates.
Returns are subject to 15% restocking fees reimbursed to the initial method of payment.

If we agree to start a refund :
• Wig must be in original condition (no lace cut, no holes, no makeup on the lace)
• If we receive the wig back with any problems and we can see you have worn it we will not refund you.
• Must ship back within 5 business days (after the approval) of receiving the wig or hair, send us the tracking number when you do.
• If the wig is damaged in any way we cannot offer a refund
• If the wig is restyled/washed we cannot offer a refund
• If the order we receive back isn’t complete we won’t be able to refund you.

We reserve the right to accept a unit lightly altered with an uncut lace : Lace tint or makeup on the lace, wig restyled only. Units lightly altered are subject to a 30% returning fee if approved.

What should be in the box
- Full packaging included the exact way you received it
• Box
• Any gifts included in and instructions
• Wig in her original packaging

In a case where any of the conditions above are not met, we reserve the right to refuse a return. Any accepted return is subject to restocking fees of 15%, exchanges will receive a gift card usable in the "Ready to ship section" All wigs are fully washed and restyled before being sold again.
Items in the box not returned will be charged at the regular price.

With limited exceptions, customs orders ad pre-ordered items aren't eligible for a return.
Ready to ship wigs, products are eligible for a return.

CANCELLATIONS

If you want to cancel your order because delays are longer than expected, or for any other reasons. Cancellations are accepted with no fees within the first 48h after the purchase.

If you want to cancel your order after the 48h grace period a 20% to 40% cancelation fees will be deducted from the amount returned depending on how far along we are in the unit confection.

WHAT IF WE'RE LATE ?

Our stylists are human and life events can happen anytime! If we're running late on your order and you want to cancel it, simply reach out to us for a full refund on your payment method!
