For any changes or requests after purchasing (color requests), please send an email to orders@ophair.net with your order number. Colored wigs cannot be recolored unless it's to add some roots. The natural-colored unit can request a color job prior to shipping, this will cause additional delays depending on the style.

Take time to read descriptions. Ready to Ship wigs are 100% customized with a natural hairline, with an adjustable band and the styling pictured. To change anything on the unit, contact us if what you want isn't listed here. 

Processing Time: 4-5 business days (Tuesday-Friday), no shipping on the weekend dolls. For minor changes, we require 2-3 additional business days prior to dispatch (lace cut, change of part, etc..)
Ready-to-ship wigs can be returned following our return policy with a 15% restocking fee, if the lace is cut we charge an additional 15%.

Pick-ups are available for all units at our studio Downtown, Montréal

* Jeudi/Thursday : 12-6/7 pm
* Vendredi/Friday : 12-6/7 pm
* Samedi/Saturday : 12-3/4 pm
